Founded in 1984, Dodd Education & Support, Inc. (DES, Inc.) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization established as the charitable arm of the Dallas Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. While honoring that legacy, we have expanded our reach by partnering with schools, nonprofit organizations, businesses, and community leaders
